LS1100/LS-Lite Users include Law Enforcement, Public Schools, a Federal Airport, the U.S. Army, Fortune 500 Companies, a Large Federal Meta-Bank, and others.
For Immediate Release: Tuesday, June 02, 2015
— Secure Outcomes Inc. announced today that Denver Public Schools (DPS) has ordered a second LS-Lite© livescan fingerprinting system.
The additional new system will be used in concert with the first LS-Lite delivered several months ago for fingerprinting teachers and employees to satisfy government mandated background checks. Digital fingerprints and other information collected by the systems are transmitted to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in Lakewood and on to the FBI and DHS for lookup and background check processing. The background check results are quickly transmitted back to the LS-Lite systems at Denver Public Schools.
This second LS-Lite system will double the rate of background check fingerprinting that the school district is able to do each day and will improve the productivity of the overall background check process.
Denver Public Schools is the largest school district in Colorado operating 162 public schools with over 87,000 students. It is one of the fastest growing urban school districts in the country.
Secure Outcomes CEO Jack Harper said, “We are very pleased that Denver Public Schools has purchased an additional livescan unit from us to increase their background check capabilities. We appreciate their continued confidence in our fingerprinting systems.”
A number of public school systems have purchased multiple systems from Secure Outcomes including Rogers, Schools/Arkansas with three systems; Adams County Schools/Colorado with two and Fort Smith Schools/Arkansas, also with three machines.
Secure Outcomes has now placed its digital livescan fingerprinting systems in 12 of the largest public school districts in Colorado as well as in a large private school network located in Denver.
